PRIVACY: We value your business and we want your online experience to be both secure and satisfying. Information we receive from you is never sold, rented, or otherwise distributed to any third party for any reason. That is our promise.

SHIPPING: Orders for items in stock that are received by 1:00 PM EST will normally be shipped on the same day. Standard shipping is UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. If we find that USPS Priority Mail is more cost effective without sacrificing probable shipping time, we will substitute USPS for UPS (for example, shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and certain west coast ZIP code areas). Most US shipments will arrive within 5 five business days.

RETURNS:

Software: The download version of MemorialMaster is a fully functioning copy of the software with the exception that the word "SAMPLE" appears on printed output. Purchasing the software entitles you to receive a five digit Unlock Key that removes the word "SAMPLE" when printing.

Be our guest and evaluate the software on an unlimited trial basis and with free technical support for as long as you are evaluating. We believe this policy will enable you to know - before you purchase it - that MemorialMaster will meet your needs and function to your complete satisfaction.

Accordingly, once the Unlock Key is provided to activate the software so that the word "SAMPLE" no longer appears when printing, the purchase price paid for software is not refundable.

Perforated Paper and Laminating Pouches: We will gladly accept back standard, perforated stock and laminating pouches that are unopened and unused if received within 15 days of date of receipt. To the extent that goods are received back in the same condition as when originally shipped, refunds will be limited to cost of product minus any shipping and handling charges. (top)

Custom Orders: Custom orders such as pre-printed or specially pre-perforated stock is not returnable and cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed. If a mistake is made on our part, we will either refund your total purchase amount or replace your order, at our option.
ORDER PROCESSING: Once you submit your order on line, you will receive an automatic email confirmation providing details of your purchase. Your order confirmation will include all pertinent information including price, shipping costs and any applicable sales tax (PA residents only).

PRICING: All prices are in U.S. currency. Unless you are an existing customer with an open account, or a customer ordering through an authorized distributor, payment must be made at time of purchase and prior to shipping or providing an unlock Key.

INSPECTION: Immediately inspect the item(s) you have received. If you receive an incomplete or incorrect order, you must contact us no later than five (5) days after receiving the merchandise. Keep all contents and original packing material, otherwise, product insurance may be null and void.

DAMAGE: Because of the special handling required with heavier paper shipments, we take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent damage. If, despite our efforts, your order does arrive damaged, you must call, fax or email us immediately. Keep all contents and original packing material. Do not repack and do not return the items back to us until you are notified by us. This will void the insurance and we will not be able to give you a refund. (top)

Any shortages or damages must be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. If damage is found after the driver has left, the trucking company must be notified and a claim filed. Make all claims promptly. Most times an inspector will be sent out to see the damage or to note a shortage. If you discover shortages or damages after the driver has left, it is your responsibility to seek reimbursement from the trucking company for any shortages or damages. The trucking company will provide the appropriate forms for filing a claim.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS: In the event an order is refused where a shipping expense has been incurred by us, the customer agrees to pay all freight charges incurred. Refused shipments may be subject to a replacement or restocking fee depending the on condition of goods received back.
